Notion Blueprints

Useful systems. Less friction. More room for the good stuff.

Notion Blueprints: templates and systems for a more intentional lifeA growing collection

Say it. Save it. Move it forward.

My Notion projects and workflows, shared so you can build your own. First up: two ways to capture a to-do with your voice—then hand it to an agent.

Your voice → Notion inbox → Agent review → Next action
Blueprints 001 & 002

One inbox. Two ways in.

Apple Shortcuts

Siri → Notion

“Hey Siri, Notion Task.”

A shortcut asks for your task and saves it directly to your Notion inbox.

Built on Mac. Original iPhone voice test and final row/status verification are still pending.

Private Alexa skill

Alexa → Notion

“Alexa, ask task capture to add buy eggs.”

A private custom skill captures a task from your Echo and writes it to Notion.

Real Notion saves verified in the Alexa simulator. Physical Echo test is still pending.

Build it your way

Bring your own AI.

Download a blueprint and give it to your AI assistant. Each file contains the setup brief, manual instructions, examples, troubleshooting, and a test checklist. Prefer to do it yourself? Read the same guide in your browser.

Your accounts. Your keys.

All public examples use placeholders. Create your own Notion connection and enter the token privately. No personal API keys, configured shortcuts, or private account IDs are included.

From capture to action

The inbox is the starting point.

Connect your chosen agent separately to review new tasks, research, draft, and plan the next step. You decide its permissions. Capturing a task doesn’t automatically authorize sending, spending, or publishing.

More Notion projects and workflows will join this collection as they’re built.
